The promotional phonecards were issued in September 1993 with a limited print run and made available to customers in the areas in Texas that had telephone services through AmCall. The phonecard is contained in the original envelope. The cards that are still in the sealed envelope are considered rare.
That is Michael's Super Bowl XXVII Championship ring. He had 6 receptions for 114 yards and 2 TDs in SB XXVII. The Cowboys also won SB XXVIII.
