The rarest Hawaii McDonald's card and the first corporate McDonald's of Hawaii issue!!! Only 1000 cards were made and the only way to buy the card was to buy a meal at the Ala Moana Shopping Center store. The cards were sold out within 2 hours. After the event, the cards were selling for to 0 on the mainland.
The card will be in the original envelope with serial number display. Serial number of the card is #476.
See the pictures. This was the most important and popular card from Hawaii. Also, the first Hawaii McDonald's corporate issued card. This card and all subsequent corporate cards were produced by Phone Cards Hawaii for McDonald's.
This card was not used, but the time has expired.
The envelope is large so will be shipped in a #2 bubble mailer.
