Blah, blah, blah... The fine print.
Read it if you want. It's long and boring but should address most issues that may arise. It is standard common sense stuff but it seems that I gotta state all this crap now.
*  All items are sold "as is" and will be described as accurately as possible - subject to non-expert opinion.
*  New, unused, sealed are all great but not always the same. Vintage items or OOP (out of print/production) items may still be in "NEW" / manufacture

condition but may not be exchangeable or replaceable for obvious reasons. Therefore, they are in "NEW" condition but are not actually new as in recently made new. All manufacturer sealed items are assumed manufacture MINT condition. The box, card, slip cover, jacket, bag, CD jewel cases, etc., may not be in MINT condition and will be graded accordingly - subject to non-expert opinion. Photos will be provided if applicable to illustrate flaws. Additional photos may be "released/revised" upon request. Items sold as sealed, unopened, mint in bag, mint in box, mint on card, MIB, MOC,  non-revealed PIN / codes, etc., which are opened by buyer, attempted to be opened by buyer or seal(s) tampered with, revealed, uncovered in any way will

for refund for any reason whatsoever, excluding proven damage in transit by the USPS. If you open a sealed, unopened, unused item and the

of said package is/are damaged, broken, parts missing, doesn't play, skips, warped, different color, wrong size, etc, it's yours. I cannot nor will not offer guarantees or warranties on any items unless said item(s) come with a current valid manufacture guarantee or warranty. Any attempt to obtain a refund, discount, rebate or exchange (if applicable) will result in an immediate Misuse of Refund/Returns Policy case.
*  What you see is what you'll get. All watermarked photos are of actual items listed or in cases where I'm selling more than one of a particular item, items will be identical as the one(s) pictured. I rarely use stock photos.
*  Shipping time is
how long it takes ME to ship the item
. That is the time from when you pay until I print/upload a tracking number (if applicable) and get it to the USPS. NOT how long it takes the USPS to get it to you.
Please note that tracking results are posted via the USPS website and updated throughout the day, BUT, may be delayed up to 24 hours before being displayed.
You should receive an email update via eBay/PayPal or the USPS when the shipping label for your item is created/printed.
*  Handling policy. Regardless of stated handling time in a listing, I generally to ship items the same or next
business day
excluding weekends and Holidays and or other atypical circumstances i.e. out of town, weather issues, other natural and unnatural occurrences, delays, shortages, flying monkeys, Zombie invasions, etc. I do ship most Saturdays whenever possible. I like to get my stuff quickly and I know you do too. If for whatever reason your item will not be shipped within the stated handling time, you will be contacted.
*  All items ship via the United States Postal Service. If you prefer another shipping service not stated in the listing, such as Priority Mail vs. 1st Class Mail or you prefer to use a different carrier/shipper -  UPS or FedEx, you must contact me prior to bidding. If you win the bidding, you must wait for the invoice with said mutually agreed upon adjustment and you may proceed to make payment from there.
*  Invoice.
The "Congrats, You Won // PAY NOW" message sent by eBay immediately after winning an auction or using Buy-It-Now
IS NOT AN INVOICE.
The invoice is sent separately by the seller after closing and or after additional terms have been agreed upon, when additional items are purchased or when the buyer is slow to make payment. It will be clearly marked as "invoice" which will also contain a Pay Now function.
*  Wait for invoice. If the listing states... please wait for

, then please, wait for the invoice. Shipping/handling costs vary according to ZIP codes and Zone codes. I cannot be fair and accurate charging someone living one state away the same as someone living on the other side of the country. In these cases, I typically give the buyer options if possible and will wait to see what the buyer wishes to do before sending the invoice. If you do not wait for the invoice and make your payment, your item will be shipped at the stated shipping/handling cost regardless of ZIP code. Most times, being patient can save both of us money. eBay charges the seller a 10% fee on what the buyer pays for shipping so I want you to pay as little as possible which in turn keeps my fee lower as well.
*  International transactions - non USA sales. I am enrolled in the Global Shipping Program. If you reside in a participating country, you will be given instruction via eBay as to how to proceed. If you reside in a country that is not a participant in this eBay program, please contact me for further instructions prior to bidding or your bid(s) may be cancelled. I used to ship worldwide but eBay/PayPal has made it very difficult to do so due to the "proof of delivery" requirement.
*  Delivery Confirmation / Proof of Delivery. Proof of shipment does not mean proof of delivery. Proof of delivery requires tracking. In most cases, this cost is included in the sale price or stated shipping/handling cost.
*  Immediate Payment Required. If the listing has an "Immediate Payment Required" requirement, and you prefer to use a different method of delivery or you cannot make payment immediately, you may email me via the  "Ask Question" link at the bottom of the page
and state your preferred method of delivery or reason for wanting to delay payment. Then wait for my reply stating I have made a revision to the listing or lifted the Immediate Payment Required requirement and proceed with your bid/purchase. Waiting for the invoice may also be required.
*  The USPS (or other carrier)
should
bag and or tag any obvious damaged parcels but that is not a guarantee. If for any reason you believe your item may be damaged (rattling, leaking, broken glass sounds, bent or folded flats, fumes - odors, etc.) or the packaging may have been compromised possibly resulting in damaged contents or the parcel was mishandled / handled improperly, looks as if it has been re-taped, re-boxed, kicked, run over, has boot prints, tire tracks, fork lift punctures, mysterious substances spilled on it, etc, do not open the package/parcel. Show it to your carrier / delivery person or take it to your nearest USPS local branch. Most times you can have them open it to witness the damage. In this case, you may refuse the item and have them ship it back at no cost to you. We will handle the return accordingly and the refund or exchange will be dispatched asap. Sometimes the USPS refund takes longer than the eBay/PayPal time parameter but don't worry about that. You will be covered. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT...
If you open a package/parcel that is damaged, looks to be damaged or even if there is no "apparent" evidence of internal damage, the USPS recognizes this as acceptance and it's yours.
You open it, you own it.
*  All items shipped via Priority Mail will automatically be insured up to . This may or may not be stated in the listing. The USPS will only cover the stated value of the contents of the parcel, not the packaging costs or shipping cost, unless it takes longer than it was supposed to or there is damage or loss on their part. That's their policy. Mine is... If the listing states,

egardless as to whether the cost was separate or was included in the sale price (free shipping). In some cases, return shipping cost may be covered as well.
*  All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (unless otherwise requested by buyer) and will carry USPS Tracking / Delivery Confirmation to provide proof of delivery. This is mandatory in order to satisfy eBay/PayPal refund/return policies. Coupon codes, gift card PINs/codes, pre-sale codes may not require shipping. Local pick-up may be arranged on some items (large items, event tickets, etc.) which obviously will not require shipping. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx will also carry tracking and insurance.
**  Time sensitive items / items with expiration dates such as event tickets (concerts, sporting events, etc.), coupons, gift cards, UPC's, incentive points, seasonal items, perishable items, discounted promos, etc. are not included in the 14 day return policy. No returns or refunds will be accepted on said items. This "should" be clearly stated in the listing "details" section.
*  Recordable - usable media such as CDs, CDROMs, video game cartridges, other software, cassette / 8-track / reel tapes, video cassettes, books, magazines, other printed media, records - LP, 45s, etc., and all other recordable or usable media, new or used, are not included in the 14 day return policy. No returns or refunds will be accepted on said items unless there is proven loss or damage in transit or there was an obvious inaccuracy in the item description. This "should" be clearly stated in the listing.
*  Shipping discounts on multiple purchases may be available. Most items are pre-packaged and ready to ship. However, if you plan to purchase multiple items, you must contact me prior to making payment and wait for options and or invoice. If the listing is set for "immediate payment required" you must contact me so I can revise the listing(s) / lift the immediate payment requirement or set up a new listing unique to your needs.
*  Free Shipping - Free shipping means no additional cost to the buyer is required unless the buyer prefers a different shipping service or carrier than stated in the listing. When the listing states Free Shipping, it is generally understood that the shipping cost has been included in the total sale price, except in such cases as local pick up and when items such as some coupons, gift cards, vouchers, rebates certs, etc., which have special codes than can be emailed and used online, thus, no shipping is required at all. When items with Free Shipping are physically shipped via stated or agreed upon carrier and service, it shall be understood that the actual paid amount for said shipping cost in addition to 15% of that cost is NOT refundable whatsoever, therefore the refund, if applicable, shall be granted as the total paid price less (shipping + 15% of shipping cost). *  Prompt payment will be greatly appreciated. You have 4 days to make payment or eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case against you. I do not initiate the unpaid item case. eBay does. I generally will not respond to these. If you have an issue and let me know about it, I will likely do what I can to work with you to complete the transaction. If I do not hear from you, I may re-list the item. If I re-list the item and you bid again or make payment on the original listing after the unpaid item case is opened, I may cancel your bid or refund your payment and let eBay issue a strike against your account. You will be blocked from bidding on my listings from then on.
*  Prompt payment on time sensitive items (tickets, coupons, etc). If payment is not made within the time limit established / stated in the
auction
, your bid may be cancelled and the item(s) may be offered to the next highest bidder via Second Chance Offer if applicable or re-listed.
*  Ending auctions early. On occasion, buyers may need to purchase an item listed for auction and have it shipped immediately / before the auction ends. I understand this and in many cases may accept said request as long as the buyer is the highest bidder. However, if payment is not made immediately, the item will be relisted or made available to non-winning bidders via Second Chance Offer(s) and your future bids will be blocked and you will be reported to eBay.
*  Alternate shipping addresses. If you do not want your item shipped to the address provided by eBay/PayPal for whatever reason, I will ship to an alternate address, but you must contact me with your request with alternate address via eBay messaging. Additional charges may apply
due to different ZIP codes,
so waiting for invoice may be required.
*  Feedback is always appreciated but if you don't bother with it, I won't either. I do not post feedback, regardless as if I'm the buyer or seller, unless I get it first. I've posted hundreds of feedback comments with none in return. If you take the time, so will I. Sometimes immediately, but typically at the end of the month or when I get to it. If you have any issues with our transaction, I would appreciate you contact me first so whatever the issue may be, can be corrected before posting a negative or neutral. I do my best to do what I would expect a fellow seller to do. No one's perfect and ya can't please everyone all the time. Sellers fees are partly based on their feedback. If there's a problem, I'll fix it best I can.
*  Recycled packaging materials. I strongly believe in recycling. An overwhelming majority of the packaging materials I use, is used. Boxes, padded envelopes, cardboard tubing, bubble wrap, air filled plastic bags, styrofoam sheets, blocks, peanuts, newspaper, etc. I will also "make" appropriately sized boxes from other boxes / sheets of cardboard. This reduces space and weight which ultimately reduces shipping cost(s).
***  Copying text and/or photos/images are against eBay policy. It's also against the law. It's theft (see VeRO rights program) and if you steal my photos and/or text and I catch you, I will report you immediately. I can't catch everyone but have caught dozens. If you profit off my photos or text, you may be subject to having your eBay privileges reduced, you may even be suspended from eBay and you may also be subject to criminal prosecution for intellectual property right violations.
