Phone Card/Telecard Set- US WEST "A Northwest Legacy"

Description

This is for a US West Telecard set called " A Northwest Legacy". It consists of 5 telecards  each picturing a Native American Artifact that was on display at the Museum of Warm Springs in Oregon at the time. This is the 1st set
issued dated March 1994. They come with the original presentation folder. The folder does show minor edge wear. The 5 cards inside
have never been opened. Each has a chip on the back and there is no expiration noted on any card. However I do not think they are usable. Each is marked with a value amount .
