Boat is 27' 3" long and is on the larger size.  You would want to have two people to operate.  This is my Dad and my boat and his health is declining (he has to have back surgery) and we no longer have the time to use it.  Boat is near Lake Norman, NC.  Comparable boats are selling for more than 15K is much worse condition.  Clear title.  Buyer is responsible for pick-up.
